  : The apartment was exactly as described. quite spacious with a good kitchen with enough disease for two people. the bed was comfortable and although the property is on a busy street, the apartment was quiet with the windows closed. The location was good for connection to the bus station. we took the aeroporto bus from the airport and it was less than 10 minutes walk from the station. There were two supermarkets very close to the apartment as well as several restaurants. A bonus was a washing machine that we didnt know we would have. We stumbled on a main shopping street not far from the apartment which was a plus. We also walked easily to the beach. All in all, great location, even if the street itself is quite nondescript.
  : A few small things missing in the kitchen. Nothing big, but it would have made it a perfect stay, if there were a couple of dish towels, a dish rack and a few tea bags, coffee and sugar. Small touches that would have made a difference for me. other than that, great value, very clean and comfortable.

  : Location was fantastic right in the centre, close to the beach, close to the marina,bus station and city life.Apartment was spacious,clean and bright with all equipment you might need on a few days trip.Being in city centre apartment was very quiet.There was access to the great bar and pool in the bex hotel itself with fantastic views at night
  : Shower head and silicone needs changing in one of the bathroom.

  : Amazing location, well furnished and secure accommodation. Modern feel to the apartment and the option to use the hotel facilities associated the apartment complex was great (especially the rooftop bar). The lady who was working on reception was friendly.
  : We booked a room with 4 single beds, only to be told they don't have apartments with this layout - we'd booked this accommodation specifically because it was 4 single beds (so we didn't have to share). Odd that this is advertised but not an option

  : The apartment had everything we needed and more. Kitchen, table, bedroom.. And the location was brilliant.
  : The shower leaked, but there was a mop on the cupboard so it wasn't much of a problem.

  : The location, nice, modern , bright apartment . Spacious and comfortable
  : No cleaning and change of bedding was included for a 23 nights stay. Although there is a washing machine / dryer in the apartment, no change of towels and bedding was supplied, meaning that one had to wait for towels to wash and dry before one could wash. When asked for an additional set of towels and bedding , we were told that we had to pay for this. This was a major let down. Additionally, it would have been useful to have an indoor clothing rack to avoid using the dryer for almost 6 hours, which is not environmentally friendly Kitchen utensils were very minimum ; for example there was not a pasta colander

  : Plenty of space, very clean, great location. Very nice roof terrace. Bar in hotel was very nice but not open very often Lots of equipment in apartment, washing machine, dryer etc would definitely recommend even with negatives below !
  : Extra charge for cleaning and change of towels and sheets. It was cheaper to buy new towels and washing machine helped. No outside space in apartment.but we knew that... "pool" on roof terrace at hotel was like a fish tank :) very little space on that terrace but apartment roof terrace very nice to have.

  : The location is good, the flat is comfortably big and the beds are comfy, the staff at the lobby at our arrival was great, breakfast (not included, but we bought it once) was good. It was nice to have kitchen with big fridge and washing machine.
  : Several things was not good:1. The kitchen utensils was almost none, 1 small frying pan and 2 pots one of them was very small. It had 1 knife and that was for bread, no meat knife or knife suitable to cut vegetables, there was also 1 ladle and 1 spatula and 1 fish-ladle. Therefore the kitchen was not fit for cooking anything except maybe fry a burger even though it had stove, oven (but no oven dish) and micro-oven.2. The lock on the door was always going into disfunction over and over, the first time it happened we had to wait for over 3 hours after maintenance to change battery in the lock but it kept on going into disfunction after that and we often had to try many times (one time for over 30 minutes) to lock the door. The day they kept us waiting for over 3 hours we had a tour booked but of course we lost that, well the hotel gave us a bottle of red wine as a apology but unfortunately we don't drink red wine.3. There was something wrong with water pressure in the shower it was extremely low and the door was lacking gasket list so the bathroom floor was always flowing with water when we used the shower no matter how careful we tried to be, when we told the woman in the lobby about this she told us she was not a maintenance staff and could do nothing about this, which was not what we were asking.4. The bathroom sink and bedroom floor were dirty when we arrived and the bin in the bedroom was half full of used tissues, they cleaned the flat the next day which was the day we complained about this as we arrived very late and were to tired to see anything except the bed when we arrived, they even told us we didn't have to pay extra for the cleaning well well REALLY. This did not bother us much as we thought everyone can make a mistake and people are only human but when all other things added well .....5. The roof terrace that we looked forward to use after a long day closes at 6 in the evening, I understand for it not to be open late but 6 that is absurd.
