  : it’s a beautiful apartment with a balcony and a good look, the facilities were very good.
  : the only thing we did not like so much, was that one of the matrasses was very hard.

  : The apartment was big, modern and clean.
  : The access to the apartment was really difficult. Noone was there to give us the keys. The owners insisted for me to send them my credit card information by whatsapp. A deposit of 100 euros must be given but during a moment this secured link didnt work so they insisted to have it on whatsapp which I refused.When we finally came to the apartment at the apointment hour, noone showed up. They didnt even answer to the phone (noone precised that noone would be here). Finally we managed to enter with their guidance by messages (so it was quite long...) with a very few explanation. The lock of the door of the building entrance is very difficult and it was a challenge to enter everytime.The wifi information available in the flat are not up to date. When you ask for it by message, you dont have any answer. We had only two big towels whereas we were 3 travelers (which is precised since the initial booking), again : no response to this message.Communication is really not easy....
