  : The location was ok although we only had a view to a back garden and to the aircondition. It was close to the city centre.
  : I had booked a room that looked nice, nothing special but nice with a reasonable as I thought price BUT they had obviously forgotten about our booking so they pretended to help us ike they were doing us a great favour because we were lucky to find a room for one night the lady said - have no idea why since I had booked it and prepaid it through booking.com so why was that consider a favour and she also said just for us she would give us a 4 bed room without even asking if that was ok which it wasn't as the room was dirty and very uncomfortable. The towels had black stains on them, the fridge was almost impossible to plug in. If they had forgotten us and they had apologised I would have understood, people in Samos all look overworked with so many tourists but to be given a horrible room and to made feel obliged I find it unacceptable. When we were leaving I wanted to complain but there was no one there.
