  : The apartment was spacious and quiet, near the city center and main supermarkets.The owner helped us to bring the bikes upstairs to the apartment since it's a third floor without lift.
  : The owner was stingy and liar with us, wanting to make money offering the minimal things. Disappointed dealing with people like this. First of all, he wanted to charge us 10, to give us the remote control (that he kept in his house) for the AC and heating devices. As we refused to pay for something that should be provided in the price we paid, we asked for an extra blanket instead, he gave us one that was very dirty that was never washed and had rest of food in it. Also on Booking is stated that the apartment has a washing machine, but according to him this appliances was out of order. I guess because he wouldn't like someone use it and spend water and electricity. We couldn't use it so we had to hand-wash ourselves the clothes . There was a dishwasher, but there was no powder for it. So traveller's are supposed to travel with dishwasher powder?? Hilarious. Shower gel wasn't provided either and and hand soap full of it was refill with water. 1 roll of wc paper for 2 nights and 3 persons. We had to ask for an extra one.Only 2 towels, not even hand towels. He told us then that he can't come any more to bring us what we asked because he has to drive 30 km, but actually we found out that he's living in the same building where the apartment is!
