  : Location in the centre of the small town with all the excellent local shops around usSurprisingly comfortable sofa bed. We didnt use the bunk beds but they were larger enough for a small adult.Plenty of storage cupboards. Lovely views of the town & mountain from the balcony. Sound of the town hall clock gently chiming . The kitchenette and bathroom were recently refitted & very nice. The shower is huge. Staff were very friendly & helpful - glad we arrived during opening hours of the owners shoe shop as the apartment is above a separate building on the same street with access from a side door. The parking was good and only a short distance away but you had to know about removing a barrier to drive through a pedestrian area for unloading luggage at the apartment & the map for finding the parking was unclear, so staff explanation was very useful.
  : The propertys reliance on previous guests to clean meant it was only clean-ish when we arrived. We had to first wash all the plates & cutlery we wanted to use because they were all a bit grubby, not sparkling clean. There is a slim dishwasher but we couldnt even make a cup of tea till wed washed the cups spoons etc. When I took my socks off at the end of our first day they were dusty and dog hairy. We didnt have a dog with us. We left the apartment a great deal cleaner than we found it - and took photos to prove this as we really felt the pressure of the 450 deposit which the owners had reserved on our credit card. Residents of another apartment possibly felt this same pressure as we heard hoovering in the early hours one morning - perhaps they were leaving for an early departure.The ski lockers in the basement were gloomy. That was also where the shared, chargeable (5?) washing machine was located. The stairs were clean & uncluttered but always smelt of fuel oil. Luckily the smell didnt permeate the actual apartment but it was powerful & we were on the top floor so six short flights to climb in this pungent miasma. We enjoyed our stay in this little apartment in the centre of town and hope this feedback is helpful to future guests and the owner.
