  : Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed by this accomodation. We chose it over the others because of the balcony and the view it offered in their apartments. As we arrived there, the owner showed us the apartment at the ground floor. It was definetly not the apartment we expected nor paid for. If we wouldnt have told her, that this is not what we had booked, she wouldnt have come forward herself and we would have spend the week in a way less comfortable apartment. After we talked to her about this, she offered to switch apartements but only after 2 nights, because it was still booked. Because the other guests had their checkout later in the morning, she couldnt get the room ready in time and we switched after 3 instead of two nights (almost half our holiday).After switching, the apartement on the top floor seemed really neat, but the warm water did not really work and one of the two balconies was not accessible, because of a broken door. Even if this was no fault of her, it still was a little disappointing.
