  : The room is big and nice but there is no fridge no coffee or tea maker in the room and the airco keep turning off at nightIt was hot outside during our visit periode and I waked up as it becomes hot in the room to turn the airco on again about each two hours Yet it is not that bad

  : - nice looking historical building- bus stop right in front with buses every 10 min in all direcrions Hallstatt, train station, centre)- room had an A/C- shops closeby, close to the centre, 7min by bus- clean room, towels changed daily- had hair fan in the bathroom- nice view and sound of the creek from the window
  : - old and worn out, both furnitures, telephones, but that would be okay as long as it works!- bedsheets had huge holes in them when we checked in, our room was cleaned 3 times, towels changed, bed made, with the same huge ass holes in it.. wonder what do they think every time they make the bed seing those huge holes as guests pay 170/night..- towels were changed daily but no new toiletrees added, again we were surprised for this price to be expected to use 1 shampoo for entire stay- beds were not comfy, too soft matress and very thin old, worn out pillows- A/C could be only switched on or off, not possible to adjust temperature and what is worse it would switch off automatically, so you had to switch it back on waking up several times per night- no elevator only steep steps to the very top- toilet ventilation switch did not work- overall not what we expected for the price we have paid

  : location, close to town centre. plenty of car parking (8 Euro a day)
  : aircon was on a timer switch and kept cutting out. on a 30degree day this is unacceptable. the aircon was also week not sufficient enough to cool the room. would maybe look elsewhere in summer - would be okay in winter

  : We stayed in a quadrauple room which was spacious and very clean. Our room was located in the Villa section which is behind the main hotel and quieter off the main road. Great access to transport (bus) from outside the hotel and if you are active like our family, its only a 35 min walk to the main station in Salzburg. Car parking is available at a cost.
  : No elevators and steep stairs.
