  : Located on the top of the hill in the secluded environment, the hotel boasts elegant facade and a tranquil ambiance with a nice, manicured lawn. It also offers a decent breakfast. , .
  : I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and on the first night I saw 2 spiders on the wall and the ceiling, and found 3~4 bugs looking like cocroaches crawling on the floor. I took pictures of them and videoed them as evidence.I don't have entomophobia, but I hate and fear these creepy crawlies! So I called the front desk at midnight but he said there was nobody at the reception so he couldn't do anything about it.As it was pretty late at night I understood and accepted the situation, feeling no anger or resentment. Eventually I paralyzed the crawlies with my insect repellent (that I brought from home) and crushed them using a lot of toilet paper. That night I covered myself with the insect spray and went to bed but I couldn't sleep well at all, fearing that some more crawlies might crawl into my bed.The next morning before I left the hotel, I politely asked the man at the front desk (the same person I talked to on the phone the night before) to exterminate the bugs, and he said he would do that.That day I got back to my hotel room at around 8:30 pm and found even more crawlies (three different kinds!)on the windowsills and on the floor, some dead and some still alive "twitching and writhing". It was absolutely a HORRIFIC scene!So I called the front desk again and explained the situation to him but again he said that he wasn't at the hotel and he couldn't help me. This time I started feel angry as it was not even 9 p.m. and he was not willing to help me at all.An hour later just before I go to bed, I found another black cocroach-like bug crawling on my pillow. And that was it! I was really horrified. Feeling so upset I called the front desk again but it was of no use. He just kept saying sorry, but in fact his apology did not sound sincere at all. That night I couldn't sleep at all. The very next morning I called him and asked him to come over and have a look at all these creepy dead crawlies.

  : Quiet and lovely place to stay. Loved the peace and views. Staff were helpful and everybody always had a smile to welcome you. Oh, and breakfast was great
  : Bear in mind there's no much around the hotel, just make sure you get your food when in town. So not an issue

  : Breakfast was great. Check in easy and friendly.Beautiful location and view. My daughter was excited to see a Starbucks and McDonald's close by.About 45 minutes from Eagles nest, but good for being close to the city without being in the city.Rooms are basic, but we didn't mind that.
  : Only main negative was that something was missed when one of the rooms was cleaned.Other than that and the drive up on the "one way road" that was a little tricky.
