  : Great location, nice appartment, well-equiped, but out of season in a pretty vacated ghost town.
  : From the day of booking this I continued to receive pretty threatening messages about a 250 EUR deposit having to be paid in cash on arrival (for a 2 night stay, also to be paid in full in cash in advance), of which e.g. 100 EUR would not be returned if you did not correctly separate your waste, or 50 if they would find dirty crockery etc. etc. Mentions of having to leave the place in exactly the same state we found it in, or else...., but then again charging a 100 EUR cleaning fee that almost equalled our accomodation price itself. Then again questions on if we brought our own bed linnen (who does that on a touristic trip?) and if not, to rent it for 15 EUR per person, and a flat out denial of a kind request to check in a bit before 17.00 which is a pretty insane check-in time in itself, while then returning instead with a message that we should check out by 07.00 (on a Sunday, the 1st of May on top of that!). It seems these messages came from some property management company that runs this place, because in the end we did check in before 17.00 and check out at a regular time and just ignored the deposit, bed linnen etc. stuff once we got to meet a real person to deal with. Still, if this would have been a "free cancellation" booking I probably would have cancelled it after the first message I received from them: they seem to spell "trouble ahead" and that's not what you are looking for on a beach holiday...
