  : Location was good.
  : The room had no view and felt like a jail. Right in front of a wall to the point that we had to cover the window and felt claustrophobic! So we tried to go out and come very late to only sleep and get out as soon as possible! The stairway we used to take our languages in and out had a strong fishy smell which we both felt very sick.

  : Great location for access to Big Cottonwood canyon, I-215 and I-80. Good breakfast.
  : Room doors have very strong spring which accelerates as the door as it closes. This causes a loud noise which is shared with neighboring rooms.

  : The hotel and the surrounding area looked quite attractive from the outside. What we then experienced in the hotel had nothing to do with a well-run hotel. The fact that you can't open the windows is something you could accept (very bad air in the room).However, what we experienced on the second day had nothing to do with a hotel. We booked an expensive suite and can expect the suite to be cleaned and housekeeping to be done. This was not the case and the lady at reception explained to me on the day of departure that it was our own fault. We consider this behavior towards a guest to be highly inappropriate.Since your hotel did not provide the services you paid for, you can expect a completely different behavior from the staff at the reception! The lady was also unfriendly.
