Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Ibersol Spa Aqquaria in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Outdoor Pool is closed from Sat 01 Oct 2022 until Wed 31 May 2023
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the spa area
Children under 3 are not allowed in the indoor pool.

A swimming cap must be used in the indoor pool.

Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen every 7 days.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be required on arrival. It will be done through a pre-authorization by card and will be unlocked on the day of departure after checking the apartment.
