: It was close to another hotel which were able to get a room at.
: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Absolute disgrace. Firstly the address listed was wrong. When we eventually found it, we had to walk through an underground carpark to get to the apartment. There was no reception desk let alone a 24/HR reception desk that was described. The man that checked us in asked for cash - which we declined. He then begrudgingly went to get a card machine. One of the showers didn't work, the light switches were faulty. There were urine stains on the pillows and sheets, and grime on the bathroom tiles. We had booked this room 2 weeks prior so it was not a last minute booking. There were metal shutters over the windows, and one of them didn't open - major health and safety issue. We went out for dinner and when we came back, there were 2 people loitering in the garden of this ground floor apartment. When this was addressed with the staff, their solution was to come and change the sheets, and you had to be a strong man to pull the shutter open. We requested our money back as the place was a disgrace, not at all what was described and was unsafe. They have refused and Booking.com have not been helpful at all with the dispute, offering a pathetic 15% rebate of a 6 night stay of which we only stayed one night very reluctantly.

: The apartment is more like a house, because it is on the ground floor with a pool on its backyard. The owner was very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the WiFi router and he came right away to fix it. He also kept our luggage while we were out for the day. The location was also great, not only you are very close to the PortAventura park, but also super close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, stores... The apartment is a lot better than what you see on the pictures they shared.
: The apartment needs a little bit of maintenance, but I already shared that with the owner and I am sure he will take care of the things needed before the next guest.
