  : The receptionist or whom ever was screaming at us really unprofessional horrible place kicked us out over charged the room was clean and she charged way to much when we didnt t leave anything dirty never would go back nor recommend

  : Person at front desk tried to scam $20 from by saying there was an extra vehicle price that was listed nowhere on the details of the hotel or in the hotel office, and insisted it could only be paid by cash despite the fact that the room was paid for by card and if this was a necessary purchase you would imagine Id be able to pay it with the price of my room. Sketchy.

  : Front desk lady was extremely rude and very short tempered. I was approached with very poor service when booking a room for my family and I, I did not feel welcomed or encouraged to stay after constant difficulties and rude behavior from her. I booked a room online, called and was confirmed that my room was booked only to be asked again to pay for the room and deposit again once checking in, Instead of explaining and helping me understand that they do not book through apps and are required to pay everything upon arrival, I was treated poorly being told to read their policy with no direction on where to find it or how to solve this issue. I was eventually denied a room because of our difficulties and she also took away a room from a lady that was initially there to ask for clean blankets and towels because theirs were stained that tried helping me and us resolve this issue.
