  : Close to motorway an other places in Manchester Colin the caretaker was very helpful
  : Dirty under the beds had clumbs an dirt every where behind the beds empty crisp packets stuffed down the back No towels in the room but Colin soon got me some bed covers dirty an hairs on duvets and smelt musty and hairs in the shower didnt have time for photos or to complain as well arrived so late after train strikes Not a tea bag or a bit of coffee to make a cuppa in the morning 1 wine glass in the place had to use mugs for our drinks Id already spoke to the hotel to make sure it would be clean as Id read the reviews an was reassured it would be tiny room for the price we paid 348 or a less than a 24 hour stay more like a bed sit could be so much nicer in there if it was clean

  : Pillows and bed are uncomfortable Sheet is wrinkled when I first arrived There are dirty marks on the pillow(looks like blood) There are no power sockets near the bedside

  : Woken every morning by major construction literally at my window.As I was on top floor crane was passing and the cutting of metal sound could not be blocked even with windows shutDidn't sleep there last two nights as was so tired stayed elsewhere
