  : yes -receptionist gave us a key to park our car in an underground garage close by. She also recommended a good restaurant. The room and bathroom were modern and nice except for below
  : we had a corner room and the shower was located in the bath and there was very little space to get in and out of the bath as so close to the wash basin - if you had a mobility problem of any kind it would have been impossible. The bathroom was very nice but remove the bath

  : Partying on the street outside all night until 6.30am in the morning and noise levels very high even iOn the 5th floor

  : The location was great for visiting the main sights and the rooms were comfortable
  : There was no soundproofing and we had absolutely no sleep as huge crowds of young people were drinking and shouting all night in the square beside the hotel right up to 7am when we had to get up. The location that seemed good by day made it a disaster at night.

  : The location was good for walking around Salamanca. Room was large and mostly clean. Good cupboard space. Salamanca a beautiful city, with many excellent places to visit and very reasonable entrance prices. Avoid the free entrance times if you can afford to as there are long queues. Tourist information centre excellent.
  : Room has coffee splashes on the wall not very important but left before and throughout our stay. Room 5th floor overlooked street and so noisy throughout the night with mostly young people gathering in groups and shouting . This was midweek and not fiesta time. Kept windows closed but this did not reduce the noise levels. Would triple glazing help? Breakfast very poor, packet cereals choice of 3, dried sliced bread, dried out scrambled egg, dried slices of cheese. Plenty of pastries so not healthy but ok if thats what you like. Staff in breakfast room only appeared to ask room number otherwise not even very polite. Reception staff varied between friendly and helpful to barely acknowledging our presence and struggled with our Spanish and English. Having reported the safe not working, nothing was done. Milk not supplied one morning and reception not able to obtain more until the next day, no explanation? There is no lounge or bar so felt more like a hostel with nowhere you can relax and meet other guests. Surely this cannot be a 4 star hotel. Next holiday Ill check more carefully, probably low price should have been a warning but central location was necessary as my husband cannot walk far.
