  : We stopped in this hotel for one night on our back to the Netherlands and we initially chose it because of the option to charge electric cars. The hotel is being refurbished and we got a family room completely new. We had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is great and the surroundings (lots of trees) are enjoyable. I would probably stay closer to Rouen's city center if our objective were to visit the city.

  : The hotel is going through a refit and looking fairly smart. The pool was unfortunately unavailable as it was too early in the season.
  : At previous stays the hotels were aimed at families and so the restaurant opened early enough for youngsters to eat. This hotel was more directed at business users or adult clients. 7.30 was just too late for a'2 Yr old.

  : We had a double room with double sofa bed which was perfect for us and our two kids. The room was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of nice extras like soft drink in the fridge. A kettle and nespresso machine with some pods for a nice coffee. It was all really clean and modern. The shower room looked brand new. Nice pool outside but we ran out of time to try that out. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant as we found a little Italian restaurant 4 minutes walk away that we wanted to try. We did have breakfast in the morning and there was a great choice of food and freshly squeezed orange juice which my kids loved. This was perfect to break up our journey from La Rochelle as it was close to the main road.

  : Downstairs restaurant and bar area very stylish. Good facilities eg swimming pool, tennis court etc.
  : Room was very hot, air conditioning did not appear to work very well.

  : The location on the edge of the city next to the forest was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
  : There was building work in the hotel and the noise started early at 8am.

  : The hotel was very busy and I believe they had had some difficulties, we arrived at check in to lots of people complaining. They seemed to be short staffed but everyone was pleasant and doing the best they could.
  : Some of the breakfast items took a long time to replace, there was no juice for example.

  : Yes a little more they took a deposit off my debit card & did not get the money back !!!!!
  : They took a deposit off my debit card.. & I didnt get it back!!!!!
