  : First 3 days we didn't have hot water. When I was complaining to the reception, I was told that everything works fine and we are the only appartment having troubles - lie!

  : The location to ski school and the slopes as well as amenities such as supermarket and restaurants was excellent
  : I didn't like how basic our apartment was for the cost - 1350!!. The beds were uncomfortable and the apartment was small and extremely basic. The bathroom was grotty with a very stained toilet. For the cost it was really poor value for money - particularly when we saw the privately owned apartments that 2 other familes were staying in that were much more comfortable, much better equipped, quality fitting out and furniture - and for the same cost as we paid! The fridge was missing shelves which made it difficult to stock. There was no plug in the kitchen area for the kettle so it was on a small coffee table - not ideal with small children. There was nowhere to dry ski boots in the locker room - it was for skis only. I was appalled that it cost 78 euros for cleaning 4 small rooms!!! our friends in larger apartments paid 60e AND we were given a list of things to clean that they weren't, such as the toilet but with no products (ironic given how grotty and stained it was on our arrival). we were even asked to clean the dishwasher filter. I have never been asked to do that before. This was such a rip off and left a really bad view of this apartment.
