  : The hotel is an very good location .Food was excellent and staff was very updated about the food !As well the pool and beach staff were very nice and useful !Breakfast was excellent as well as lunch and dinner !Compliments to the chef !The concierge and stuff were very helpful and knowledgeable !
  : The dining tables were poor for such a hotel and need to be cleaned more often !The rooms hadn't enough space for storing cloth !I expect better room facilities !

  : The hotel was really quite nice and one couldn't ask for a better by-the-Med location. Unlike much of the clientele, we are not 30-something gym rats, and so cannot speak to the "active" part of the experience. The staff were top-notch and extremely helpful.
  : A lengthy stay here would require either a very rich uncle dying and leaving a substantial bequest, or embarking on a career as an international jewel thief.

  : The place is beautifully located and decorated
  : Our evening has been ruined by the restaurant staff on the terrace. We booked at 9:15pm and we arrived perfectly on time. No one welcomes, there is no hostess, no manager: just waiters running around and not even saying hello when you arrive. After 2 waiting to be welcomed we got asked if we had a reservation, we said the name but the lady couldnt find it (I saw my name on the list but she was busy so we couldnt help her showing our name on the list). She then said there was no table available, and asked to wait. We started moving towards the sofa to sit down while waiting, but she didnt like that move and told us I told you to wait! Where are you going I gently told her to take care of her business and that we wanted just to sit while waiting. She came back saying we should have wait for our table and then went with a colleague to create a table basically at the far end of the restaurant next to nothing. We gently said we would have preferred to wait few minutes (some people were having the desserts) and sit on a normal proper table. She didnt like it and she said she couldnt make us wait any longer and that we should either sit there either leave. I asked her colleague if I could speak with a manager There is no manager sorrywe dont have a manager tonight With roughly 100 covers Last year was pretty much the same experience unfortunately. We then went to the reception and discussed the issue: they apparently know how bad is the situation with the restaurant downstairs and they tried to find a solution. At the end went back downstairs to have dinner served by another waiter as there was no alternative. Probably the strategy here is to save some money without a f&b manager or a restaurant manager, but this poisons the entire experience

  : The location, design of the rooms, Rcif Michelin restaurant was an absolutely incredible experience, outdoor cinema experience, the staff at reception and the pool were exceptional (one person was even adjusting my umbrella when the sun was turning - he was really incredible and its these little attention that made it really special) !! Valet parking was really good and they had an electric charging station.
  : Building doesnt look nice from outside (in the back). Our experience at the restaurant La plage were not good- food was ok (but not great) but staff was not so good at breakfast and dinner and really brought down the overall experience of the place.
