  : There was a receptionist, whom I thank personally, who spoke fluently in English and helped us when we needed.The position, too, was not the best we could have, but was next to the underground.
  : Well, almost everything... As I said in the title, I thought I would have found a nice building, someone speaking English, etc etc... nothing at all.From the outside, the façade seems really old. In the inside, spartan rooms and furnitures: the chamber in which we stayed was for three, a bit tiny, and the toilet was very small.They didn't clean the room every day, they didn't change towels or make the bed. At the reception, very few spoke English. For all the others, it was impossible to communicate. They just stare at you, embarrassed, and try to look for someone who speaks English, if they don't laugh because of their incapacity in relating with guests.For the price I paid, I expected much more than I have had, so this is my rate.
