  : There was hell lot of a difference in pictures and reality. We were shown something else and given something else. Room was so small plus private bathroom is a myth. You have to go to public restroom in order to use wash-basin. There were mosquitoes, room was not clean, dust everywhere plus the bathroom had a bad smell.

  : Location. One of the administrators was helpful.
  : What to begin with? Broken door handles, shower handles, and curtain rails. Management of the WC facilities: the men just shower in the common WC without any door, behind a fabric curtain.Women have a separate shower room, though.The administrator was above all rude. Upon arrival while making my bed I got suddenly hit by a metal curtain rail on my head which just fell off. I went to the administrator for help. And he cracked a joke about worrying the rail was ok, never apologizing or spelling any concerns about my bumped forehead. Then to fix the screws on the curtain he just sat on my fresh linens in his dirty street pants without permission, continuing to humiliate me with his jokes. In his opinion, all this was ok, because it was a hostel, not the hotel. I would highly recommend the owner of the place, or the HR manager, to do something about the staff policy. Until then it’s better to stay away from this hostel.
