Two steps to the Hermitage

  : Location was the best. Close to metro station, near restaurants, supermarket and very close to the Hermitage museum.Anna, the flat hostess was very accessible (via Whatsapp) and helpful during the travel arrangements.Enough appliances in the kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, washing machine) but no dishwasher.
  : The flat was in a very old building in not very good general conditions (although the inner furniture was IKEA new).The kitchen was very small (like in the middle of a corridor) and not well suited (old/non-usable pans).The cover of one of the matress was dirty (we saw when we removed the bed linen before leaving). Not very clean carpet in the main room.Only 1 towel per person (no extra towel in the toilet). There was no light available in one of the rooms.The hostess was not present at the reception and check out. People in charge could not speak English.Number codes at one of the entry doors did not work properly.

  : The service was very welcoming, lack of few facilities though! Overall it's excellent experience there

  : This apartment is nicely located in the historic old town area near shopping and restaurants. Its about 20 min walk from the main train station. You don't get daily room service like you do in normal hotel but you do get more space and a full kitchen at reasonable price. Manager helped carry bags for us even though not necessary.
