  : The room is comfortable and clean. The bathrooms and showers are located at both ends of the corridor, they are cleaned regularly and have a decent size, which means that we never had to wait long to be able to take a shower. Breakfast is included and there was quite a good variety of food. It's a 10 minute walk to Elektrosila metro station, very convenient. (:
  : People at the reception are able to communicate in English, but the rest of the staff can't. We had trouble communicating especially at the hotel's restaurant. We have food restrictions and had to resort to google translator. Obviously this is not a huge deal and not everyone needs to speak English at a conversational level, but basic things like directions and numbers would be helpful for foreign tourists.
