  : This was our first time to Saint Petersburg and we weren't sure about the place, Taleon Imperial pleased us to great extent. The staff is very warm and welcoming (all could speak in English too). Its a great place, artistic, service is amazing. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Reception desk is very prompt and responsive.Amazing breakfast and the staff makes you feel at home.One fo the best gyms I've been seen. Pretty much all sorts of machines and weights.Highly recommend the place.
  : Maybe the off season or less guests, they could make the place look superior with better lighting. Most often the arts were dimly lit and that's keeping the beauty fo this place under appreciated.

  : fantastic building, feels like you are staying in an 18th century palace, room was spacious with river view
  : the hotel feels deserted, probably also a bit of covid effect but still most lights were out, many common rooms were closed, felt dark and quiet overall. breakfast is so-so (quite wide variety but just the basics), coffee not so great.

  : They went above and beyond by giving me a bottle of champagne for my birthday! Service is just exceptional and the hotel looks so regal. Great stay!

  : Proper Russian flamboyant decoMost of the staff very helpful, even though takes a while to find their smile. Special mention to Natalia from Guest Relations who sorted out all our enquiries straight away (guided tour for the Hermitage, tickets, transfers, etc).
  : The heating wasn’t working properly and one night we woke up in the middle of the night because was too hot in the room and the day after it was freezing (-2 degrees outside).Receptionist called Tatiana had a bad reaction over the phone when I asked for a solution even though a very kind and helpful colleague (didn’t catch the name) helped us to move to another room.The environment in the communal areas is depressing. The lighting and some deco elements (fake plants, dark corridors, empty spaces) is horrible.

  : Great location, very spacious and comfortable room. Quiet, despite very centrally located. Right at the entrance a nice coffee shop, on the other side of the building currency exchange (convenient). Nice imperial style. Reception, room keeping service - beyond expectations, helpful, very polite, competent and efficient. Many thanks to officer Sergey.
  : Very expensive breakfast, almost 3 times more expensive than the average in the city, no proper night bar (only lobby, and facilities are reduced there plus barkeeper thinks he is in charge for watching soccer with an ultimate volume instead of serving drinks). Wine in a glass - good choice. Huge TV there is very low class.

  : Excellent hotel, they prepared 2 connecting rooms which was very convenient for staying with our 2 daughters, very central location but still very quiet, very confortable rooms, fantastic swimming pool on the top floor, good breakfast, everything was perfect!
