: very rude receptionist, bad Wi-Fi coverageI tried to call, and whatsapp a few times, she straight away hang up and don't either reply or answer further call / whatsapp.until I got the local driver, can bring me go over there, only able to find this place..Never greeting when I am here, never smile, like the angry bird face, I don't know who made her so bad mood.when i was the hotel room, my phone not able to connect to the Wi-Fi, and I go out to ask the lady for assistance in manner way, she give me the angry face, and saying I am parasite, (she did not know that my wife is able to listen Russian language)the Wi-Fi is able to connect and good coverage at the corridor...the receptionist lady is not helpful, unfriendly, and rude to foreigner. not suggest to come here, once in my life and the last time

: It was ideal for a 4-night stay: near to several metro stations, all required kitchen equipment, handy to have access to washing machine, supermarkets nearby, friendly owner (if you speak some Russian).

: The size of the roomThe room in itself was mostly clean
: In the first room we stayed in, the shower cabin was broken and had mold in its corners; water would leak to the bathroom floor. We were moved to another room, but there was still mold in the bathroom.-the room felt humid and somewhat basement-like (ground floor, bars on windows, view of a parking lot and unrenovated building)- the staff only spoke Russian, no English; we had to use google translate and sign language to communicate with them- the location was somewhat hard to find, no one at the premises when we arrived, no sign of a hotel, we had to call the manager for someone to come and let us in. This was not a hotel - it felt like it used to be a ground apartment modified to 5 separate rooms with a kitchenette.
