  : Everything was great: good location, cleanliness, nice and comfortable room with lots of mirrors. There was a kitchen and a large dining area at the entrance where it was possible to get hot or cold drinking water, fridge and all essential items to prepare meals for yourself
  : I booked a double bed for two and the hotel confirmed this. but it was two single beds that were put together, with two single blankets. We are a couple, so it was very uncomfortable.

  : Location is excellent.Very quiet even when next to Nevsky Prospect main street.Reception speaks english.A lot of services nearby.Rooms were clean and everything worked.Special water tap for clean drinking water in the kitchen.
  : In the beginning it was unclear how door keylocks works. More detailed info would be good to have.Apartment hotel means that it has kitchen. Kitchen is a shared area which was a suprise.Normal cooking items like frying pans were in unusable condition (very common in many places all around the world). After informing about it to the reception they were replaced on same day which was great.The floor of the hall makes creaky noises.Little bit tired rooms but all in all enough good.

  : The location is about the only thing that’s good about this property
  : The first room they put me in was extremely dirty. There was mold growing around the bathtub. Missing light fixtures. And it had an awful smell in the room. It took all the way until the next day for the issues to be addressed and me to be moved to another room that was much cleaner and smelled better.

  : The location is perfect, it is just in the city centre, many restaurants, bars, etc. available in some minutes. The heating was good, not cold and not so hot.The bed consisted of two single beds with a cover mattress. It wasn't as bad as it was looking, and we had two separate sheets. The staff was very nice and helpful. It has 24 hours reception, you can leave your key there and come back at any time during the day/night, they will open the main door and let you into your room. The daily cleaning was good, fresh towels and sheets was changed frequently.Apart from the mentioned negative points, it is a good place to stay, but with the pictures and description they created an higher expectation in hour traveler minds.
  : We booked a comfort room, which ment that we get a bigger room then the standard. Actually, we got the room right behind the reception, which was small, and didn't look like any of the pictures. The shower didn't look like on the pictures either, and it was dirty in the corners. The bathrooms didn't have a good ventillation.The floor and the ceiling seemed to be made from wood, instead of concrete. Every step in the room was noticeable for the neighbours, and when others was going around above us, or up-and-down on the hotel stairs, we heard it.(it was creaking and felt like the whole floor is rocking with every step). At least in our room, it was especially annoying at night or early in the morning. We wanted to rest a bit longer since we had holidays. We definitely didn't expected this construction from this old building. Would be better if it is added to the description.
