  : The hotel was beautiful. A nice kitchen and friendly staff.
  : The heat was unbearable and the hotel really needs an AC. Not being able to sleep properly because of the heat reduced my enjoyment of the whole trip immensely. It was easily 40 degrees in the room. The hotel would be really nice if the rooms had air conditioners.

  : The photos on booking.com and Instagram look great, unfortunately the reality is very different. I also liked that the total cancellation of the room for the week was accepted without any charge.
  : More remote location when using public transportation than advertised. The washing machine is operating in the hall way right by the rooms with noise and detergent smell as a result. Why not in dedicated room??The lady at the breakfast 'buffet' (pre-packaged snacks with dry cucumber and old tomatoes) who was foul-mouthing guests should perhaps realise that feeding the guests whom indirectly are paying her salary is in fact the core business of a hotel. I'm not one to complain, but I will share my experience as to help others prevent similar ones. I respect people for trying, but please try harder Petrovskiy Art Loft. Your guests, and especially the ones that cancelled and left, hold valuable information on how to improve your hotel experience. You can not change location, but you can most certainly increase service and change some things in your hotel.

  : Rooms, beds, bathroom all very clean and quite new, rooms were cleaned every day / nice location 10 minutes from the metro station, not far from the P&P fortress and historic centre / interesting place and surroundings - an old red brick building near the military academy / friendly women working in the reception / good value for money (in our case, in March)
  : TV was not working (though frankly we didn't report it because we didn't want to watch it), insufficient kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, knives), breakfast included but was so so (quality and quantity)
