  : Big and comfortable room. Friendly and kindly host. Allow us to leave luggage in the property before check-in time.
  : Difficult to find location of the property. No elevator, must access to property by stair only so hard for big luggage but host help us to lift some luggages.

  : The staff was nice and helpfull anytime we needed something. For example they allow us to leave our luggage after check-out for 4 more hours due to our late train, or they reacted quick after our call when internet was not working. Appartment was spacious and VERY quiet even being few meters awy from Prospect Newsky.
  : The appartment definetly does not correspond with the pictures shown in booking. Only one picture, one of a kitchen belongs to the appartment. This is the main reason we are disappointed. We went for this appartment because of the pictures, we decided to pay more to be in this appartment but after arrival we realized that the appartment was completly different. The entrance to the old building and stairs were scary. The kitchen was old, fridge needs to be renovated or repaired since in the door you can not put bottles. In the bathroom the water goes out of the badtube when having a shower. The mattress, specially the one of the smallest room was too thin that you could feel the wires. That was the worst since we stayed 6 nights.

  : The flat is well located near Nevsky Avenue close to the Obelisk. It was very clean.
  : The apartment color theme is very dark and outdated and so are the furniture. The main bedroom bed frame is broken with a very soft mattress (way too soft for our backs...).

  : Location is great, near the Anichkov bridge and lots of cafe and restaurants around, it is even possible to park the car in the court
