  : Missing door between bedroom and living room. Small old fridge. Water temperature control in bathroom and it's size in sum. Payment only by cash. Only one window located in bedroom.

  : I'd say communication could be much better. I've advised that I was arriving in the early morning to the hostel (after 6am).. Even though no one told me the main entrance would be closed. I had to call the reception.

  : Thin walls - we heard our neighbours snoring; very bad wifi; no breakfast available although we booked this hostel just because it said they offer breakfast - disappointing!

  : The location is really great. It's quite easy to find, easily accessible from both Baltic Railway Station and Metro Station Baltiyskaia.
  : The staff of the hostel has really much to be desired. The receptionist who was on duty (18th February/19th February) was extremely rude, she spoke to the 4 children under 18 y.o. in the offensive Russian language, she was really threatening them, they were so scared and shocked by such attitude of the staff that they couldn't fall asleep.Besides, the suite where they were staying wasn't ready by 14 pm, so we had to spend a couple of hours just hanging around and waiting for the room to be ready. And one more thing, they haven't been able to repair a handle in room № 4 ( a 2 persons room) for 2 weeks, our relatives were staying in the same room 2 weeks ago, and even at that time there was the same problem with the handle in that room, the receptionist knew about it , she said they were going to fix it (2 weeks ago), but nothing happened, it doesn't work properly...
