  : Location is great, very close to all main touristic attractions and cafes and restaurants. It is clean and heating is very good,i went in winter and it was snowing and the room and hotel was extremely warm. Room is smaller than pictures but it is very nice and looks like it has just been refurbished. You get complimentary tea and water every day. Employees are very nice and helpful although they don't all speak English. Easy to find the first time you get there. Bed is excellent.
  : Acoustic is not the best so if you have loud neighbors you will hear them in their rooms and in the hallway. Breakfast was not very good, just acceptable,it was not varied and quality of ingredients was average/low. Can't regulate heat so it gets very warm,i had to open window several times to reduce temperature in the room. This has nothing to do with hotel but: Do not get any taxi from outside the airport they will literally charge you 5 to 10 times what it costs and the cars are dangerously disastrous. Bus/metro is best option,if not arrange with hotel for a car to pick you up.

  : Great breakfast for a 3 star. The staff was very helpful, especially when we needed help to find alternative transportation to go back to Estonia.
  : No elevator to the 3rd floor. Otherwise nothing

  : I asked to arrange shuttle for us, and they said they will order taxi. When we came to airport, no one was on agreed place in agreed time. Then i called hotel, they said me taxi plate and that I should go out and find it by myself. I went out, and there was no taxi with this plate number. I called hotel again, they said me:"please wait a minute", and hang up the phone. Then I decided I will call taxi in yandex app, and after I did it i called hotel and told them to cancel ordered taxi. When I arrived in hotel, there was no explanation, not even excuse, as nothing happened. After that they charged me breakfast even though I already paid it (after I showed them my booking reservation they repaid me back).

  : The room was nice and clean, the staff very friendly and hospitable. There was water available in the halls at all times.
  : The view was terrible - to the courtyard and other windows. Also they had a selection of 4 types of pillows in their service menu but when I asked for them - none were available.

  : Breakfast is below average. Served in room only, however to get your cup of coffee you have to go to reception
