  : This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. This hotel is the best value for money: located at the heart of Saint Petersburg for a very reasonable price.
  : I have already mentioned in my previous review. There was nothing in the room to wash the dishes.

  : My stay was good at the hotel. Value for money
  : there was a dust on the window sill.I wanted to prolong my stay for one night and I was told one price for prolongation. but the next day I was told another double-increased price. The receptionist said that it could be a new employee who'd done it by mistake but there were 2 receptionists who told me the price so there could not be any mistake.And the receptionist did not want to hear me that there was a mistake made by her colleagues. So I didn't prolong my stay

  : I would like to make few statements:1. Poor choice for breakfast .2. Terrible view from the room we stayed in.(car park!3. One bed in the room was not done when we moved in!4. Not clean!

  : The room clean and comfortable, well-appointed although not luxurious, in a fantastic location near the Mariinsky Theatre and the St Petersburg Conservatory. Staff efficient, service pleasant, and helpful. Absolutely fascinating murals, c. 1980, in the stairwell giving the history of the Soviet Union up to the year of the Moscow Olympics.
  : Midway through my two-week stay, I had a problem with the water heater in the middle of the night (which began to flood the bathroom and the kitchen). That was unnerving, but it was resolved quickly in the early hours of the morning. The staff are great, friendly, and helpful but knowing Russian will help (my Russian is very rudimentary, unfortunately); I was grateful for translation apps on my phone when I needed to explain the water problem.Positives far outweigh any negatives. Thank you for a great stay.

  : Changing of towels and bed staff could be more often (3 days for towels and 5 days for bed)
