  : The receptionist is nice and helpful. Showers and toilets are clean.
  : The tag attached on the key chain was broken (not sure if I broke it), and I was charged over 1500rub for breaking the tag. It is almost the fee for one night stay. It really destroys your good mood when you are charged unreasonably.

  : Perfect localization and great staff are the most important characteristics of this hostel. If you want to be in the heart of St. Pete, that's your place and the staff will make your stay very pleasant. The rooms are very cosy and spacious, with nice balconies overlooking the patio. The hostel is quite small so it never gets too crowded, which is important given the shared kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are also air conditioned and heated, which can come in handy with St. Pete's weather.
  : The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests, but that's how hostels work, so if you don't mind that it's a place for you. In the morning the staff chats with the guests over a coffee so you can actually make it an advantage. The staircase and hall aren't in the best shape, but that's what you get in an old Russian city.

  : - very friendly and accomodating staff. - the room was beautiful. - staff helped me book a taxi and waited with me till the taxi came.
  : - there was no elevator going to the 3rd floor. It is difficult to get up to the hotel with heavy luggages. - a little bit more improvement on the cleanliness. Bathroom floor matt was wet. - the room was nice, although i was not informed of which room I would be given prior to my arrival. - loft bed was cute but i would have preferred a bed that did not require me to climb up to it
