  : Great value for the reasonable price. Perfect location - just 7 mins to the nearest metro station Sportivnaya! Plus P&P Fortress, main museums, parks, bridges, Aurora etc - all in walking distance with the adorable landscape! The location area is full of cafes, small coffee shops and bakeries, and 24/7 markets which were extremely nice to have nearby.The lady Elena was really nice and hospitable. The room is same as on photos. Not big though it has all you may need in your trip. All doors have digital locks - no keys, only codes which you keep in your mind or in your incoming SMS :)Free of charge coffee machine with a fine coffee, a washing machine, some snacks - all are waiting for you in a common corridor :)
  : 1. Unfortunately, get ready to listen to your neighbor's TV or smth else - the walls are too thin..2. WC area is tiny, especially around the toilet (shower is fine)3. Having a nice hot shower can be a problem when everybody's trying to do the same at the same time - it's a better idea to take it in the early morning or late evening :)4. I guess the owner lady doesn't speak English that much though she's definitely trying to do her best which is lovely

  : The room was clean and cozy, the hall way is pretty and also clean. The woman at the reception was very friendly.
  : At first it was hard to find the hotel especially at night.

  : Great location, close to metro station, litres of great eateries and sights. There's a 24/7 grocery store right at the corner.
  : Make sure you get the instructions from the host on how to find it and codes to the doors, otherwise the place is impossible to get into.There is zero soundproofing. Any slightest sound is heard in the next room.Bathroom is microscopic. Even with my height 1.56m I had to sit on the toilet sideways - otherwise my knees would hit the door.

  : Lovely host, place very well equipped and nicely decorated, basic kitchen utensils including mini fridge and hot/cold water dispenser in the room, spacious shower cubicle
  : Paper thin walls may be a bit of an issue when traveling with a significant other, rooms located on ground floor (1st floor in Russia) and overlooking car park - not much to look at

  : The photos on booking com do not correspond with reality. Room small and rather dark. Nobody changed towels and filld new toilet paper.
