: The property is in the center of St. Petersburg.
: There is no air conditioning in place. If the weather is very warm the place is very warm as well.All windows look out onto 6 lanes street and this means that it s very noisy. Lack of dishes, only 4 plates and 4 forks. If you want to cook a dinner you might have serious problems. There is no owen.

: Problematic checkin. I contacted the property about estimated arrival time via email. They answered manager will be waiting at 16:30-17:00. Arrived slightly delayed, about 17:20. No one answered calls from the door bell. I managed to sneak into the building. Nobody in the apartament was waiting. I asked the neighbors, nobody knew about the apartament owner. Unfortunately for some reason I was not able to use my phone or send out SMS - roaming issues. The neighbors called the property and explained the situation in Russian. I was told somebody is on the way. They arrived after 18, no apologies until I expressed my dissatisfaction. Funny attitude, a bit stressful, as I paid in advance and could not contact them on my own. In apartments like this I often didn't even have to ring any bells, people were awaiting me on the street. Other than this, the apartament was very nice, no other problems.
