  : Great location! 10-15 minutes walk to the main places of the city, 5-10 minutes walk to clubs and restaurants, ground transportation facilities located near the hotel. Daily cleaning was OK. Also Mayakovskaya metro station and Moskovskiy railway station is 7 minutes far from hotel
  : The "business class room" did not match the description. The room was very small, repairs were done in the early 2000s. The room had one window into a dark well-yard, hot water in the shower was not always supplied. The included breakfast was poor, I do not recommend buying it specially, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants for breakfast in 5 min walking distance. Hotel staff often spoke loudly in the mornings, but this is more likely to indicate poor soundproofing. There were no options for early check-in and late check-out.

  : Once you've found the hotel, as there is no indication at the street door, the place is charming. Quiet, clean and friendly.Breakfast is ample and available even after hours.

  : little bit difficult to find the hotel, breakfast could be better -> sausages prepared in microwave, better not to offer :( it is more like hostel, not hotel.

  : Perfect location and nice staff. On the first day, we were able to check in earlier because they had our rooms ready. Because of my back problem, the nice lady set a special bed for me. I'm really grateful for that. The kitchen is open to us, and we can have tea, coffee and hot water 24 hours.
  : It's really difficult to locate the hotel. I didn't get any notice about the ring bell of the building. Luckily, with the help of a passerby, we found the way to get to the hotel. If possible, the hotel should send an e-mail about the special door to get into the building of the hotel.

  : Excellent Price & value for a budget stayVery central location, amazing!Very clean always, also shared bathrooms. I was staying in bedroom with shared bahroom and never had problems.Basic local Breakfast was available 08.00-10.00
  : Not much, but there can be noise, when people walk in and out, so bring esrplugs If you are light sleeper.
