  : Very friendly, smiley, helpful receptionist at check in, she deserves 10 stars. Hotel itself was nice, room extremely clean and good sized bathroom. Great location, close to Nevsky Prospect, shops, metro
  : Extremely rude, Soviet era receptionist on check out, polar opposite of receptionist on the first day. Other reviewers have mentioned the lack of soundproofing, it's truly horrendous. A girl in the next room was on the phone, turned the TV up to block out the conversation and I could still hear her! It's as if they're in the same room! Unless adjoining rooms are vacant, not recommended for light sleepers

  : Location is very good. It is near Nevsky prospec but not noisy because hotel located on small street. There is good bakery near by and also a Сталовая.They provide tea coffee and biscuit free 24hours.Breakfast is pretty good, and enough, they have oatmeal for children too.Staff are helpful, they can not speak good English but willingly to help.
  : Bed is too soft. I have back pain.

  : The room was clean, the furniture is good. It was a quite clean entrance and good key system.
  : The walls between rooms are made of some paper basically because your neighbors hear every world u say and hit the wall when u talk too much. I was having some conversations with my friend and it was always a problem if I want to laugh or talk normal. I don’t recommend this place for people who travel with a company. Also the breakfast is very simple, u can count on coffee and some bred.

  : A basic small and simple hotel with nice and clean room. Very helpfull staff. I would say the hotel is much nicer than other hotels with the same price range and location.
  : The location is ok, but not perfect. You could only pay cash.
