  : Although the apartment is refurbished, it is an old building not very well maintained.

  : Good location, close to the center.
  : For the advertising they used photos from different apartment. The real picture was quite disappointing: furniture, dishes, pots, towels were quite old. Bed linen was just washed and was hanging on the dryer still wet -so first night we couldn't use it. General atmosphere - like in a cheap low budget hostel.

  : The location was great, near the Hermitage and Nevsky prospekt. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The bedroom and toilets were big and the kitchen was fully equipped. The window turn to the Moika river.
  : The apartment was at ground 3 but there was no elevator. The tv was at the living room / kitchen and not in the bedroom.

  : Location is the best! The subway station is only a few steps away, but it was good within walking distance.And the room was so spacious that I could spend comfortably. There are also 2 sofa beds, 3 people stayIdeal for.
  : I could spend comfortably, but there was no oil in the kitchen. Oil is essential for cooking, so I want you to keep it.

  : Great location on Moika Embankment. Apartment is on ground floor up a small flight of internal steps in building and was generally clean. Two very good cafe's next door to apartment building, Winter Palace and Palace Square a 5 minute walk away across river. Small supermarkets open 24hrs and many restaurants close by.
  : Apartment could benefit from a minor refurbishment /redecoration as there are some marks on walls in living areas and on bathroom tiles. There are also some loose fittings and overall appears slightly "tired" through use. Bathroom sink requires attention as is blocking up, The toilet cistern is leaking into the toilet bowl. One of the two beds "creaks". There is a cooker and washing machine but didnt use them. Windows in apartment look out onto courtyard.
