  : Openness and clarity, confortable bed, new appliances and decor and well assorted kitchen.
  : Bathroom too small and 4th floor with no lift, but that seems a standard in SP. :)Gave us extra pods for the laundry :)

  : Good location, close to Metro station, (supermarket in 5 min), fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good communication
  : 4th floor and no elevator, the main road is noisy. Above the ceiling a mouse or something was chewing... waterpipe problem in the bathroom, the caretaker was banging on the door and asked not to use the shower till the fixing... :)

  : Very good location in a central position not far from major central point of interest by foot and next to a metro station (very important when visiting SPB). Also next to a traditional market and several shopping centers.Appartment itself is very clean, nicely decorated and with lots of light from the open view on the plaza.Other point that might be problementic for some, it's on the 4th floor without elevator, (but it was not a problem for us)
  : A Noisy street that makes leaving the Windows open during the night a bit difficult (no Airco), luckily SPB weather is not frequently too worm and you can really enjoy the appartment even without airco, and double glazing is enough to limit the noise when closed.
