  : The room and all has met my expectations; it was a bit cold in tha apartment though, but the room location was very good (city-wise). The room had a boiler instead of regular hot water supply, but it was enough for two people to take shower, so it was ok. The bed is a bit too soft, so I had back aches.
  : Unfortunately, I had to interrupt my travel urgently, and leave three days earlier than I expected. The host didn't return the money I paid to them for these three days, though I was asking them for it. Also the host asked to insurance money deposit at the very first day of my stay, which is unusual and unexpected (it was returned to me later after I asked twice about it). The host asked to pay all the money for my stay in advance, and via direct card payment method rather than booking.com paying system. And again, they never refunded the three last days I didn't stay there.

  : It's located in a really nice and quiet corner of the city, at the same time being not far from the city center. There's a 24-hour-open shop nearby and a lot of backeries in the vicinity. Delux appartment is quite nice and spacious, but could be cleaner, as one can notice specks of dust and some cobwebs on the ceiling and in some remote places. The real problem was that one morning I saw a cockroach on the table. Also there's no sugar or oil in the kitchen, not even speaking of tea and coffee, so, if you want to cook sth you need to buy these items as well. And during all your stay ( 5 days in my case) they don't clean your appartment (there's a notice about it in the appartment), nor they bring you any toilet paper/shower gel/shampoo, etc. So you get only 1 small pouche of each for however long you stay.Overall, the appartment is not too bad.

  : The apartments was really good, there's all the stuff you need, including wash machine, dish washer, air conditioning. The position is quite good, near bus stop and metro station.
  : By the way it was very humid, we always feel like the blanket was wet. Also some of our paper documents was ruined by the humidity, just saying to let you imagine how wet it is. The understair was also full of rubbish (pretty much empty bottles of alcoholic, like someone drink in the entrance at night) and the door of the building is always opened, so you have to check it before go to bed.

  : Good location, near metro station, market, shop 0-24,Well-equipped appartment,Great design,Quick and easy check out.
  : Stained towel,Think walls - unfortunately when we have been there, there were very noisy guests. So we could not have a rest because of their drunk yelling.During our visit the internet disconnected - I asked them to fix it but nothing happened.
