  : It was really a good find: quiet, clean, excellent location and spacious. Maxim (the host) takes really good care about the properties he manages. He also extends warm welcome & all possible flexibility to his guests.
  : Just to mention some particularities (which were NOT obstacles for us, but could be important for someone else): 4-th floor without elevator, no wine (or beer) glaces - but there is a very nice atmospheric cafe in the same yard "My Zhe Na Ty" - we enjoyed breakfasts & dinners there...

  : The owner was very nice and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable.
  : The apartment is on 4th floor but there is no elevator.

  : The host Maxim was very attentive, he showed everything, provided a transfer to the airport by his own car (quickly, safe, clean) and did not disturb us at all.The apartment was very quiet, that was the most important for us, and in the same time in the very center of the city. Internal yard was safe. No smell of smoking, that was also very important. Separate WC and bath. Hairdryer.We used apartment for sleeping only so we couldn't say anything about questions concerning cooking, TV watching etc. Washing machine was a good option which we used several times. Great Georgian restaurant Cha-cha-puri just next door was very convenient for dinners and branches. 24h mini-market where you could buy water, juices etc. is also just 2 min.walk.In general, very good apartment, and we would surely recommend.
  : We have not found clothes dryer rack, but this was not a big deal really. I would recommend to add a bath foot mat for a bathroom (as an extra towel) , and mattress topper (we used extra blanket instead of it, as mattress was not comfortable enough for our backs' taste).
