: Our entire stay in this boutique,friendly hotel, which is situated in centre of village, was most enjoyable in every possible way. The staff were very helpful, the standard of cleanliness was excellent, each morning the breakfast was fresh and tasty and parking facilities are directly behind the hotel with easy access to the hotel lobby.
: I had no dislikes with this property.

: It is a beautiful little hotel, with wonderful hosts. St Emilion is expensive, but it was pretty well priced I think. Christophe was super helpful and I would definitely push my friends in their direction. Great location, complimentary wine tasting and super clean and comfortable rooms.

: This hotel gave us a hotel room where the shower didnt work. Even more frustrating, they told us that they knew this beforehand but they didnt say anything to us. After, when we claimed that there was a problem with the shower they didnt offer a solution we considered adequate. In addition, they lied to us saying that they couldnt do anything else because the reservation was made via Booking. The hotel service is not only incompetent in managing customer claims but also completely untrustworthy.
