  : Had to wait 35mins outside in the cold reception for staff to help . When showed the accommodation it was freezing inside and none of the heaters would work, so we asked for another chalet,the heating worked but when we used the cooker all the electrics blew so we were left in darkness in the cold .it then took 30mins for staff to sort it and was told you cant use the cooker if the heaters are on . The electric sockets in the small bedroom is hanging off the wall . The bracket to hold the shower head was missing . Everywhere was dirty and looked worn. Really annoyed with the whole experience and the fact you have such a poor holiday home on your website. I will be contacting you .
