  : This apartment was in a great location, nice neighborhood and close to amenities. There was enough space and good appliances. Cool convertible sofa.
  : When we arrived, the unit we were directed to was occupied. I called and left a message and was directed to another. Washer/dryer was listed but none in unit and no mention in instruction sheet. I called again and was directed downstairs, outside and then into basement. That’s fine, but you need quarters and detergent. That would have been good to know. A simple “communal coin-op laundry available with customer provided detergent “ is all it would have taken. Bed was pretty crappy.

  : The bed was comfortable. Area was quiet.
  : I know it is old but some maintenance would greatly improve the appearance. Couldn't figure out how to get tv to work. Had to call to get another code for the entrance as the two they texted didn't work.

  : Bed was comfortable and they try to keep the unit in its original form to maintain its history.
  : Garage was suppose to be gated but was broken. Radiator in living room has dry rot under it.

  : The property was convenient to everything I had to do while there. The bathroom and kitchen had lots of items already in them and that's always a great surprise.
  : There were a few last minute changes to the location and getting into the property which wasn't major but after a long drive it was a bit annoying.

  : The place was very sufficient, and clean
  : TV was broke, some cord from TV to the box was broken. When I called about it I was told that the cleaning lady that morning said it was fine. To me they are thinking we did it. No ice, Microwave was on top of refrigerator REALLY? Who could reach it up there. Then the co host cam an fixed TV and when she left she had also taken my phone charger. probably a mistake but she tried to take it once and I told her it was mine. When she finally brought it back she didn't even have the courtesy to knock on door. She sent a text message telling me it was in the hall by our door. Also no ice and I was hoping to have a drink. Couldn't get into our apt. When I connected with someone I was told they changed our apt. They say they messaged me but I did not see anything.

  : Hair in the bed hair in the tub the kitchen light kept going off and on was a lil scary the lock was hard to unlock n lock

Wonderful

  : Quiet residential location near Forest Park. Very easy to find and check in. Space was nicely furnished with plenty of kitchen gear.
  : Bed was too soft for me.
