  : The Logis was as described on Booking.com. We used a secure garage to store our motorbikes, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast typically continental & plentiful.
  : This Logis was booked as our final night in France after a two week touring holiday - all we wanted was a lovely town, French hospitality and French cuisine. A week before arriving we were contacted by the Logis management and informed that their restaurant would be closed on the Sunday evening of our stay and did we want to continue with our booking. It was confirmed that there were two other local restaurants, so we decided to continue (We presumed that we were the only guests and they didnt want to open just for us). In the end the only open restaurant, a pizzeria, was a 3 km round-trip walk! On our return, to our surprise, the Logis restaurant was open and full! Two staff approached us and explained that this was a private function for local prize winning bakers. Lucky them!We understand that this is a Logis/restaurant business and a large private restaurant function for 25-30 guests is lucrative and makes for good business - and obviously this was a priority over Logis guests. We were politely informed a week before arriving, but were not given all the necessary information to make the best decision - had we known about the function we would have rebooked elsewhere. We were made to feel like an inconvenience - not guests. Whether we spend 50 or 500 per night on a booking, we always expect a consistent standard of service from a Booking.com provider - this was not our experience.As for French hospitality and French cuisine, well, the pizzas were excellent but the whole experience at Logis Le Relais Saint Jacques left a bad taste!
