  : It was right off the highway. Relatively cheap option with good ratings. Had breakfast included and pool access. Fairly quiet for location. Employees were very respectful and helpful. Quick checkin and checkout.
  : First room we were given was a bit dirty. Still trash from previous visitor or from cleaning. We found a couple bugs in the first room. Spiders in the main room and bathroom. Dead mosquito or gnat in trash can. A tiny bug resembling bed bugs were in the mattress so we ended up requesting change of room. The replacement room had no bed bugs or spider but there was a drain fly in the bathroom. Shower wall had a gash/opening that was taped off with black duct tape. Lighting was poor and AC was weak.

  : It was clean and has been refurbished. We noticed lots of accommodations for disabled people such as a lift for indoor pool which is nice. Considering it is right off I-44 I thought we might hear traffic but the property was very quiet.
  : This comment is nothing that Greenlight Inn and Suites has any control over but we made several trips between St. James and Rolla and there is currently major roadwork being done on I-44 causing delays.

  : The hot food was cold. There wasn't enough for everyone there.
  : The light over the mirror and sink didn't work. I told the guy behind the front desk and he said he would talk to the front desk clerk.

  : Property is using Bait and switch tactics. You look at the property photos and do not realize these are not the rooms you get-your room is outside the main building in the back with weekly rental rooms. Breakfast included- fair breakfast but every spoon and fork was turned upside down so that each person at the breakfast bar touched the utensil end that goes in your mouth. Extremely nasty practice.
