  : I also thought the advertising for the condo is misleading. It's not truly beachfront. The first page to advertise the property says oceanfront----and nothing else after that---I think the truth has been stretched.

  : The unit was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
  : From the way the property is shown online, it appears to be ocean front or at least ocean view. Not True! False advertising! When I complained, I was told, The subdivision is ocean front. How misleading! There is a marsh between the units and the beachwhich is accessible by a Long, Long boardwalk. From the unit, you cant see the ocean or hear the ocean. The view from the balcony is a the side of another building.
