  : The front desk lady had amazing customer service and was very friendly.
  : The place smelled horrible like someone smoked illegal stuff in there. Beds were stiff and hard.

  : I liked the location of the property within St George.
  : The man working the counter made me feel extremely uncomfortable while checking in. He couldn’t seem to make eye contact with me, but yet could look at my body while talking. He talked very demeaning to me, making me feel extremely unwelcome. Followed by the room he gave us had the dead bolt lock drilled out so you can see directly into the room. I was too afraid to go back to the desk and ask for it corrected, so we just piled things in front of the door. There was no good communication on where things were within the hotel. I requested a crib twice and was never given one. I was extremely uncomfortable sleeping in a bed with my baby, but had to choose to sleep on the tile floors so that my child could have a space to sleep. To end, we ended up leaving the hotel only after a few hours because we could not get a good/safe feeling sleep. It was extremely disappointing to stay in such a nice area, but in such a poor hotel. We are frequent travelers and won’t be coming back to this hotel.

  : The location was great! It was comfortable and great price for its value! It was a nice hotel to stay in for two nights
  : The only downfalls was the swimming pool was cold and no breakfast at the hotel.

  : The front desk had notes all over it and the customer service rep was quiet speaking once I got help. Needs a room update you could see a lot of holes where placement was on a few things and holes in the walls.

  : The bed was very comfortable. They provided 6 pllows for 2 beds, so one of them was just the perfect loft.
  : They offered no breakfast, just coffee in the lobby. No other beverage was available for my non-coffee drinking family. I was sure that a breakfast was included.
