  : Cute cottage. Clean and tidy. Good shower. Good TV. Comfy beds. Small but well stocked kitchen. Access to washing machine and tumble dryer. Great location.
  : Parking was promised at 32/week. This was not accepted. Was charged 40. Said they do not have any agreement with Kipps Cottage. Only 1 toilet roll. Barely any tea or coffee. No washing-up liquid. No washing machine powder. No communication with the owner. Sometimes owners leave a gift (eg. scones or fruit or bottle of wine or bread & milk). We didn't even have a note. There was no recommendations on where to eat / visit. Dogs were initially welcome when booked in February, but the email a week before the holiday said dogs are not allowed. Had to leave ours at home.

  : the location couldn't of been better, the cottage was well stocked with all your needs for a self catering property. nice clean bedding and plenty of clean spare bedding.
  : On arrival unfortunately the cottage was unclean, we spent the first night cleaning to work tops and the bathroom. the floor was filthy yet we were unable to clean this as the hover supplied had a full bag and no spares were to hand. the stairs and landing carpet had several stains on it. with the current Covid risk I would of expected the cottage to of been cleaned thoroughly. the TV remote didn't work and a district lack of good workmanship more have a go DIY.

  : SoLove Mevagissey. The cottage was a little disappointing , no rear garden,and the traffic past the front door is a problem, so unable to sit and relax in the sun, the facilities in the cottage were very good apart from what I've mentioned.

  : The location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Cottage was very quirky and quaint. Shower worked well. Parking instructions very helpful and car park staff gave discount.
  : DVD player was broken. Instructions for TV were confusing. We had to wash mugs, plates, glasses etc as not very clean. Coffee, sugar in property were past their best. Would have been great to have outdoor space but realise this isn't part of the property.
