Policies

When booking for more than 20 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Banyan in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Guests must present the credit card used for the hotel booking and an ID upon arrival. If the cardholder is not present, the reservation will be confirmed only after the return of a signed debit authorization email.

Please note that a credit card swipe will be required from all guests.

Clients must pass at the reception before parking the car to get a ticket to stick on the windshield. The ticket must be visible from outside the vehicle.

Please note that During Summer the reception is open between 06:00 and 23:00. Check in or check out is not possible between 23:00 and 06:00.

Please note that During Winter the reception is open between 07:00 and 04:30. Check in or check out is not possible between 04:30 - 07:00.
