  : cleanness, too many people during breakfast and dinner, the Splash pool was very disappointing and needs urgent renovation ( dirty facilities, dirty pool area, broken lockers, cold showers)

  : We had an excellent stay. Great food, amazing array of child friendly facilities, good kids club and the clown show was excellent. Our hotel room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the lobby bar at night.
  : The staff with the exception of a young man on an evening shift at the reception desk (who was very friendly and professional), the female head waitress at the restaurant and the man who checked us in (who was ok) were generally unfriendly. Especially the senior male manager at the restaurant, who very reluctantly gave us ice for our child who had hit his head on the table corner. He verged on being rude. The water in the splash park was too cold to swim in (December). Supposedly it was 28 degrees. Our children in Neopren Outfits still found it too cold. Despite this, we still had a great time, especially in the indoor playground. The small childrens pool is warm but not an area to swim in. The hotel bar closed at 10 pm on December 30th (a Saturday!). Despite it being advertised as open until 1 am on their website. There were also enough people in the bar, but last call was at 9:45 pm.

  : The kids loved it! The indoor playground and the swimming area was a huge hit for our 2 kids (7, 4). There were lots of great activites that were planned for the kids over easter.
  : The room was a bit dirty, smelled a bit of smoke (although a non smoking room). There was only a small, narrow single chair that was able to be used for my older daughter to sleep in, so the other child shared the bed with us. The dinner options are really limited - only really the buffet dinner available, which is pretty expensive. One staff member was telling us that there were no tables available, only to have another nicer one offer us a dinner booking sometime later. Facilites generally in need of an upgrade, it felt a bit dated and not that hygenic.

  : Massages (by Enrico) in the Splash Wellness were great. Quiet location of our apartment. Splash indoor playground great for kids.
  : The apartment's interior is quite dated, a remodel would be due. The kitchen supplies/amenities are a highly insufficient, cooking by yourself was not really possible (not a single sharp knife etc.). The microwave had a very pungent 'burned-wood' smell. The double bed came with a single duvet only (although we received a small additional blanket). The bedroom windows could not be properly blacked-out so our little one could not have his afternoon nap. Reservation requests were not considered. Wifi was partly not working or slow. The breakfast food was fine, however the room can get extremely loud and busy during morning rush hour 8:30 - 10 am, including waiting times (better grab a seat in the more quiet bar/lounge area or upstairs). The hotel restaurant only offers a dinner buffet (which is then expensive of course) and there aren't many restaurants nearby if you just want a small bite for dinner.

  : The location of the resort is very quiet. Surrounded by farms, some trees and some houses in a longer distance. The Splash - pools and playground for kids do the job. It is about 5 mins walking from the Resort. Breakfasts are nice and served in a charmful 'winter garden' and has a beautiful view on historical parts of Resort.
  : Breakfast could have more vegetables available (there were cucumbers and tomatoes only). The staff could try speaking a little more english if asked.

  : The food was amazing. There was always a lavish spread at the buffet and it was great to see new dishes every day. The temperature of the water at the pool was very comfortable. Staff was very polite.
  : It might be a hard place to get to for those who don't drive.
