  : House keeping was poor. when I checked in my room the bed was made and sheets not changed. Bed sheets had many hairs and stains on pillows and sheets from previous tenants. Bugs and flys in room. But bathroom clean

  : 1st room wouldnt open, receptionist couldnt open it either. Door handle was too hot to touch at 5pm , its only April. 2nd room- large but very bare, king sized bed, 2 bedside tables, table & 2 chairs, freestanding fridge with microwave on top. Only 3 small lumpy pillows, synthetic sheets which hardly fitted. Looks like red wine stains but hate to thinkNo coffee maker, tissues or toiletries except soap.Later, on closer inspection bedside tables were dirty and sticky, when wiped the tissue was brown. Hairs on vanity worktop, bathroom floor and bath which looked like suds had been left. Shower curtain was dirty. Basin taps dirty. Ugh! Towel rail missing. Bedside light didnt work. Tiny, rough bath towels, After dinner & too late to complain.No guide facility with TV remote. Having stayed in 8 motels in the last 2 weeks we know how good they can be, this is beyond awful. Previous nights was $30 cheaper and 100% better.

  : The price was great. Way less expensive than any other hotel around thatcher. The room was spacious and fit our needs well.
